Either from the data box in the bulb zone wreck, the mountains wreck or scanning it in the Degasi sea base (the 500 meters one).

To find the 500m DeGassi base, first you must find the 250m DeGassi base in the shroom cave. Have you been to Ozzie's lifepod yet?

Yep I been in the shroom cave one, been all over that cave getting magnetite and went through the base there

x: -680, y: -515, z: -941
If you have visited the 3 degasi bases on the island then it is under and a little to the north of the 3 bases.

If you pick up the PDA in the locker in that base you will have the coordinate for the 500m base.

That fish tank will you infinite number of fish (from 2 fishes) for the bioreactor :P and power if you use a mod.
It is at the large wreck in the mountain zone, but the wreck closest to the mountain. The wreck is an upside down V. If looking at the wreck, go to the left of the wreck (it is not in the wreck) and there is a databox on the ground. That is the "big fish tank" blueprint.
Also note, if standing in the middle of the V and looking away from the wreck, there is a cave just out of site. Great place for rubies (When I do the run here for prawn arm parts, I also make it a ruby run), that is safe. Just make sure you exit the cave the same way (reaper at exit by the other large wreck).
